A comprehensive nursing assessment is conducted to determine each resident’s specific needs. Based on this assessment, residents are assigned to one of four levels of care, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and services for their individual situation.

When a resident’s level of care changes, the adjustment primarily involves administrative updates, such as changes to billing. Residents do not need to move to a different room to accommodate their new care needs. We aim to make this process as smooth and seamless as possible.
